Gifts of Imperfection™ Let Go of Who You Think You're Supposed to Be and Embrace Who You AreBased on the research of Dr. Brené Brown
Take the Wholehearted Inventory Assessment: https://brenebrown.com/wholeheartedinventory/
In this program, you will learn how to engage from a place of worthiness. Moving from what people think to “I'm imperfect” and “I am enough” through courage, compassion and connection.
We will explore each guidepost, strengthen our practice of courage, compassion and connection, and learn ways to intentionally practice each guidepost in our daily lives while letting go of "Who You Think You're Supposed to Be" and "Embracing Who You Are".
This program and group could be helpful for:
Anyone who considers themselves to be perfectionistic or too hard on themselves.
Anyone who is going through a transition and needs some grounding.
Anyone trying to cope with the 'busyness' of life!
This program will be a combination of support and sharing along with structured exercises and reflection. We will be using a combination of materials from the book and other therapeutic interventions to dive into these topics.
Registration is required. Group size is limited to 15 in order to provide ample time for instruction and group discussion.
Think of this group as a book club + art journaling + a safe space for sharing and exploring our imperfections.
Over the 7-weeks we will:
