 Christian Embodied Healing™ is a process that takes a holistic mind, body, and spirit approach rooted in the soul to sift through all the confusion, frustration and lack of clarity that comes from experiencing the woundedness of life. 

Doing so allows people to find forgiveness, reclaim their divine identity, and experience God’s Love which allows them to regain their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, realign their relationship with God, and reclaim their exuberance for living.

Each session has three main components:

Teaching –  Powerful teachings that change the way you see your past, present & future

Experiential –  Hands-on experientials THAT facilitate personal discovery and deep healing

Spiritual – Spiritual Exercises designed to deepen trust and intimacy with Jesus

Sessions at a Glance

In your Christian Embodied Healing Care Small Groups, you will have the opportunity to dive into a variety of topics.  Each week's lesson builds on the previous week and guides you on a personal healing journey with Christ.

The small group experiences are focused on emotional, spiritual, and relational healing in Christ:  a safe place to heal from life’s hurts and the resulting false beliefs, emotional upheaval, and destructive behaviors that play out in a variety of ways in life.

Foundations of Healing
Human Core Longings

You will learn to be better equipped so you can make the next chapter in your life a brave new one with more joy, gratitude and contentment.

You will learn the core longings of your soul and your values so you understand your story and shine your light on your path.

        Early Childhood Experiences
        The False Self and True Self

You will ​​explore the impact family of origin has on (1) your view of God and (2) your view of trust so you can become open to both the positive and negative influences they have had in your life.

Identify the masks you wear and why you wear them; so you know when you walk in your own truth or live outside hustling for your worthiness

The Joy of Forgiveness

Understand how unhealthy behaviors numb pain, protect yourself, and punish others so you can “come home” to fulfillment in God’s grace and love and be free.
