Each of us have been impacted from the events of the past few years. Life continues to be in transition and with change you can count on stress, grief and loss.
How have you been impacted and how are you feeling? Sad, tired, unmotivated yet overwhelmed, overstimulated and have a hard time concentrating? Questioning your purpose? Re-evaluating your faith, beliefs and values? Wondering about your spiritual journey?
Would you like to experience more physical energy, clarity of mind and purpose, compassion and empathy for yourself and others, and confidence in your life?
Discover how cultivating the courage to be vulnerable can be a doorway to living a brave, meaningful, and resilient life. Connect with others who want to show up fully and live wholeheartedly.
Called Into Healing the Daring Way™ practices teach us that struggle can be our greatest call to courage and the clearest path to a wholehearted life!
Wholehearted living is about engaging in our lives from a place of worthiness. It means cultivating the courage, compassion, and connection to wake up in the morning and think, No matter what gets done and how much is left undone, I am enough.
It’s going to bed at night thinking, Yes, I am imperfect and vulnerable and sometimes afraid, but that doesn’t change the truth that I am also brave and worthy of love and belonging.
You are invited to gift yourself a weekend immersion into YOU:
Explore a personal deep dive into soul-hearted living…cultivating the resiliency you need to operate from a place of authenticity and boldly stepping into the challenging arena in your life with new commitment, passion and focus.
Explore self-awareness around vulnerability, shame, living big, trust and braving, grief and forgiveness, anxiety, and criticism.
Trust in vulnerability and how vulnerability is the path to connect to others, God, and ourselves.
Identify your values that light the way as lived within your call and purpose.
Experience practices of empathy and self-compassion as application of the 2nd Greatest Commandment. Release the impact of loss and grief stored in the body. Regain your ability to FEEL hope and joy.
We will learn with and from each other.
We will create sacred space where our stories are honored and where you can explore how life, relationships, and the Holy connect.
This experiential retreat will provide a safe place to heal and transform the mind, body and spirit.
Now is the time to heal and experience more joy, gratitude, and contentment.
Pause, feel held, unconditionally seen, and accepted for who you are, with our imperfections and messiness. Give yourself permission to explore the parts of your soul that have not yet been expressed or fully embraced.
Experience bioenergy practices, the art of moving prayer, and the labrynth.
Engage with the specific tools Brené Brown offers in ways that can be integrated immediately into your life.
