As an entrepreneur you invest much of your time, energy (emotional, spiritual, physical, intellectual), and finances into your business.
As such, business risks become personal risks, and it can feel difficult to separate business from how you feel about yourself.
It's normal and expected that your personal "stuff" will show up during the course of your entrepreneurial process.
Have you ever had the heart wrenching and soul wrenching experience of getting caught up in your head with these nagging thoughts?
Am I smart/experienced/creative enough to do this?Do I know what I'm doing? Will people like my ideas?Do I take up too much space? What if I fail? Why do I continue to hold back on owning my message and making it more visible?Am I really enough to hold my place with the industry leaders? (even though I know deep down that I am!) Did I misunderstand the direction from my Sacred Power?
What's in the way? These are the growing pains of entrepreneurs.
It’s where the messy human stuff collides with your big dreams. That "stuff" will stifle your success or even, stop you in your tracks, make you question your abilities and sometimes even make you quit altogether.
I am here to tell you that that it doesn't have to be that way.
I am Bonnie McCulley and I know exactly how those thoughts and feelings can impact you.
I had a successful career in healthcare. I led teams, chaired committees, spoke at workshops, led retreats, taught at professional conferences, worked with thousands of patients and clients and much more.
Well as an entrepreneur, I had to take another look at my unfinished messy stuff.
I came to understand the reasons I felt hesitant to "put myself out there", to take certain types of risks (and possibly experience "failure"), and why I struggled with my message.
I became aware of the specific ways in which shame and my fears of vulnerability were negatively impacting my relationship with my business.
My critical voices kept me from myself and thus from others. I compared myself to others, shamed myself and wondered if I should get a “real job” or try another business.
A call arose within my soul to break free from my limitations, to heal my emotions, remove the lies, and claim my truth for my life and business.
I wanted to be free and clear of the "messy stuff" so I could answer my calling. The Daring Way™ provided the way.
"Our desires are a manifestation code. And our here ‘n’ now struggles, the micro and mega, have to be held up to the light so we can get… free & clear".Danielle Laporte

Stepping into Your Sacred Power

A portion of the program is based on the The Daring Way™ - a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The method was designed for work with individuals, couples, families, work teams, and organizational leaders. It can be facilitated in clinical, educational, and professional settings. During the process facilitators explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. Participants are invited to examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding them back and identify the new choices and practices that will move them toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.
